Terms of use

These terms govern the use of giglih, provided by NOMVAD, SL (Tax ID B05840111). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

giglih connects your accounts (such as LinkedIn) with the AI assistant you choose, using the MCP protocol, to prepare and manage posts.

Early access

giglih is in early access and is available by invitation. It is free today. If it becomes a paid service, we will tell you the price beforehand and you can stop using it at no cost. Its features may change or stop; for an important change, we will give notice in advance whenever we can.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys safe. If you think someone has used them, change or revoke them and write to us.

What you publish

The content is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. We only need to use it to provide the service to you. You must review what your assistant prepares: AI can make mistakes. When you authorize a post, an edit or a deletion, giglih carries it out on your account. Once published, the content is subject to each network's rules.

You may only connect accounts that are yours or that you are authorized to manage, and you must follow the rules of those networks.

Acceptable use

You may not use giglih for illegal activities, spam, or misleading content or content that infringes the rights of others, or to attack, overload or try to bypass the security of the service.

Third-party services

LinkedIn, your AI assistant and other platforms are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their changes, outages or decisions, such as suspending an account.

Availability and liability

During early access, we provide the service as it is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We take reasonable care, but we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Leaving

You can disconnect accounts and revoke access at any time, and ask us to delete your account at we@giglih.com. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you by email in advance. If you do not agree, you can leave.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
